All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact our customer service team to request an RGA. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within [number of days] days of the purchase date. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
Restocking fees may apply to returns unless otherwise authorized. Our customer service team will provide you with all necessary information regarding restocking fees when processing your return request.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For account holders, we will add the credit to your account unless other arrangements are made.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
