Taxes and additional charges

All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes (such as HST & GST). Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be added to the final invoice.

Lead Times

Estimated delivery times are provided upon request. If an order exceeds the estimated delivery date due to production delays, freight delays, or any other reason, Metropolitan Pump Co. Limited assumes no liability.

Acceptance of quote

You can accept a quote by referencing the quote number on a purchase order sent to orders@metropump.com (Western Canada: orderswest@metropump.com) or by sending written confirmation of your acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders or services must be communicated in writing. Some orders are not cancellable or may include cancellation fees.

Revisions

Quotes will be revised upon request. To request a revision, please provide a written explanation of the required changes.
Any revisions made will supercede previous versions of the estimate rendering them null & void.

Warranty

Warranties are provided at the equipment manufacturer's discretion in accordance with their terms. Metropolitan Pump Co. Limited is not liable for any warranty claims.

Confidentiality

All information provided in a quotation is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Metropolitan Pump Co. Limited.

Other

The equipment offered is subject to the customer's acceptance. We reserve the right to withdraw our offer if acceptance is not granted.
 Should any changes be made regarding the quantities and/or construction of the equipment offered, extra charges will apply accordingly.
 Comments and exceptions are part of a proposal and must be observed.
