MPC is home to 12,500 sq. feet of warehouse space where we keep hundreds of thousands of items in stock including pumps, panels, all types of basins, covers, accessories & much more.
To check availability on an item, contact us by phone or by email. If we don’t have the specific item you are looking for there is a good chance we will have an alternative.

Metropolitan Pump is capable of shipping all STOCK items same day based on the availability of couriers & customer requirements. When you order from MPC we use software to compare rates from different couriers to determine the most cost-effective shipping available at the time. MPC is home to a large 5 door loading dock with 53′ trailers coming in on a regular basis so shipping large product & large orders is no problem.

MPC is home to a large loading dock with enough space for 53′ trailers to back in comfortably. When dropping off, please drive around to the loading dock at the back of the building & a shipper from our team will assist you.
Our receiving hours as follows:
Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

pick ups & returns
When picking up an order from MPC, please park in the front & come inside & a team member will assist you & process your payment. You’ll be given a copy of a sales receipt & advised to drive around to the back where a member from our shipping department will give you your items. If the order is already paid for or you have an account with MPC, no need to come in the front, just drive around back and give a team member the details.
If an item is not to your satisfaction or you do not require the item any longer, please give us a call or an email before you bring it back.
If you are dropping equipment off for servicing / warranty inspection please do not bring the equipment in to the front office.
